EstiPro Global provides construction cost estimating, quantity takeoffs, and bid support, including color-coded PDF markups, Excel takeoff summaries, and scope notes, as a remote backup/overflow resource.
We provide a flat quoted price based on the scope you send, begin work with no upfront payment, and provide preview files for review. Payment is due once you approve the work; full editable files are released after payment. Significant scope changes may require an updated quote.
You provide complete, accurate plans and confirm you have the right to share them, and you verify the final estimate before using it to bid or contract.
Estimates are projections, not guarantees of final cost. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EstiPro Global is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected project.
Preview files are for review only; ownership of deliverables transfers to you on full payment. We treat your plans as confidential, per our Privacy Policy.
