Forward your invites. We read the plans and specs, a person checks every date and bond, and we rank each job. You tap Estimate it, we price it. After you bid, we call the GC.
We read every drawing, spec and ITB. You get the facts you decide on: due date, bonding, insurance, your trades in scope, and the risks.
Estimate it · Need info · Pass
Every invite in your inbox on one board. See what went to estimating, what came back, and what you bid.

After you bid, we email and call the GC for you. We ask if it was awarded, to whom, and how close you were.
Email first, then a live call
Your win rate, jobs estimated, awards, and the GCs you win with most.
Builds as your bids close
Whether you need an outsourced bid desk for your trade business or a one-off takeoff for next Tuesday's deadline.
Never let a profitable invite slip through the cracks. We screen every ITB, catch the deal-breakers, run your takeoffs, and call the GC to close the loop.

We read every file and pull out the bid date, bonds, walkthroughs and your trades, with the sheet or page. A person checks every critical fact.
Tap Estimate it on the jobs you want. Our estimators price the trades you pick. You see the delivery date before you confirm.
After you bid, we email the GC, then call on U.S. business hours. We ask where the award stands and how your number landed. You see every call on your board.
Screeners check every critical fact against the file before it reaches you.
Estimators price the jobs you pick. Our in-house estimator checks every estimate against the drawings before it goes out.
Callers follow up with GCs during U.S. business hours. They always say: "This is [name] with EstiPro, calling on behalf of [your company]." You can mark any GC "Don't contact".
No messy spreadsheets to rebuild. Every estimate comes back as the same clean set.
Every counted item is highlighted on the drawing and color-coded by scope, so you can check any quantity at a glance.
| Scope | Unit | Qty |
|---|---|---|
| 5/8" Drywall | SF | 4,820 |
| Metal Stud Framing | LF | 1,240 |
| ACT Ceiling Grid | SF | 2,160 |
| Total Items | 24 scopes |
Quantities organized by trade and scope. Formula-driven and editable, ready for your own labor rates.
Inclusions, exclusions and open questions, written plainly. On Bid Desk, the GC follow-up log sits next to the job.
In September a drywall sub sent us 5 invites, more than 1,350 pages. Before he priced anything, we flagged a scope sheet written for a different store than the one in the invite, and two jobs whose bid dates had already passed.
Details changed to protect the client and the GCs.
Pick a monthly plan, or price one job at a time.
Send us your next 5 invites. We read every file, check the dates and bonds, and show you which jobs are worth pricing. No card. No contract.
Software helps us read fast. A person checks the facts that cost bids: the bid date and time, how to submit, walkthroughs, the RFI deadline, bid bonds, performance and payment bonds, sub bonding and prevailing wage. Each one shows the sheet or page it came from. Our estimators do the takeoffs, and our in-house estimator checks every estimate against the drawings before it goes out.
Not on Bid Desk plans. We work for one sub per trade group in each county. We won't screen, estimate or call GCs for your direct competitor in your area. Ask us if your area is open.
We read it and tell you what changed for your trades, or 'No change to your trades'. We re-check the bid date, bonds and bid form before we alert you.
After you bid, we email the GC. If there's no reply, we call the next business day, then weekly, up to 4 calls, between 8 AM and 5 PM in the GC's time zone. Our callers always say: 'This is [name] with EstiPro, calling on behalf of [your company].' We ask where the award stands and how your number landed. You see every call on your board. Mark any GC 'Don't contact' and we won't email or call them.
Every fact shows where it came from. If the files don't mention something, we say 'Not stated in files. Confirm with GC.' That never means 'no'. Bid Desk is a screening aid based on the files we receive. It is not an estimate, legal review or bonding decision.
No. You get a sign-in link by email. No password. It works on your phone.
Yes. Send the plans. We review the scope and send a flat quote with a delivery date. On your first job, you pay after you see the preview. After that, it's 50% upfront and 50% at delivery. You get color-coded markups, an Excel takeoff and scope notes.
Bid Desk starts with 2 months, then goes month to month. Cancel any time before your next cycle starts. Unused estimates don't roll over.
Send us your next 5 ITBs. We'll read the specs, extract sheet references, catch conflicts, and show you what a modern bid department looks like.
